All Levels Reformer
A full-body reformer class focused on strength, alignment, and control. M | FORM builds the foundation which includes core support, efficient movement patterns, and balanced strength. This is achieved through clear, intentional sequencing.
Best for: beginners through experienced movers.
M | DEFINE
Intermediate | Advanced
A more challenging reformer class designed for experienced clients ready to progress. Layers in higher strength demand, deeper integration, and more complex coordination while maintaining Studio M precision.
Best for: intermediate/advanced clients.
All Levels Reformer Cardio Tramp
M | JUMP
A low-impact, high-energy reformer class that builds cardiovascular endurance, power, and coordination through controlled jumping sequences.
Challenges stability, core support, and full-body strength — while keeping movement joint-friendly, fun, and effective.
Best for: all levels welcome — especially those looking to elevate their energy, build power, and keep movement fun.
M | STRENGTH
Barre + Strength
A strength-driven barre class designed to build muscular endurance, postural stability, and full-body tone. Expect controlled resistance work with a focus on hips, glutes, core, and posture - challenging, refined, and effective.
Best for: all levels who want strength in an upright format.
M | RELEASE
Barre + Stretch
A somatic, nervous-system-forward class designed to downshift stress, release tension, and support recovery.
Expect gentle, guided movement and supported positioning that helps the body unwind—restoring ease through the spine, hips, and shoulders.
Best for: everyone—especially high stress, tightness, fatigue, or active recovery.
M | CENTRE
Mat Pilates
Builds deep core strength, stability, and coordination - without the reformer. Refines fundamental movement patterns, improves control, and strengthens the body through precision and breath-led pacing.
Best for: all levels; ideal for those who want to deepen their Pilates foundation.
Recovery Sessions
M | FLOW + RESTORE
A slow, fluid class that builds strength through softness — then lets it settle. Mindful transitions and grounding breathwork carry you through each sequence, while supported positioning and nervous-system-forward pacing give the body space to fully unwind. M | INFRARED SAUNA

Complete your visit with a revitalizing session in our infrared sauna, designed to support recovery, improve circulation, and help your body fully unwind after movement. The gentle heat encourages muscle relaxation, eases tension, and promotes a deep sense of calm.
Refresh afterwards with our private showers and take a moment to relax in the lounge with a warm cup of green tea; a quiet pause to rehydrate, reset, and transition back into your day feeling refreshed, balanced, and restored.
